Commissioned by Wynndel Property management Ltd to review the feasibility of converting the existing vacant offices at 3&4 Endsleigh street into 1, 2, and 3 bed residential apartments. Numbers 3&4 Endsleigh street form part of a group of 4 listed terraced properties, located within the Bloomsbury Conservation Area.  The 4 houses are vestiges of a larger terrace of late Georgian properties developed by master builder Thomas Cubitt in 1825.


The objective was to optimise the potential of the existing buildings to provide fit for purpose contemporary living accommodation.

Accommodating the needs of contemporary living standards and aspirations within the context of a listed building. Optimising space and light to create desirable living accommodations that provide a choice in the mix and configuration of apartments to meet the market requirement.
